Help choosing new psu for sli gtx 295

Thread Starter
I recently got a great deal on another gtx 295 for my system but I know my hx 650 won't be enough. I ran the psu calculator from here (ocn) and it says my system has a total of 825. It recommended me a bunch of psu and I have narrowed it down to the coolermaster silent pro gold 800 watt or the corsair tx 850. Both seem to be good units and similar price, but i just wanted some second opinion that these psu will be able to deliver enough power.

Thanks

Once it comes back in stock I'd check out the Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-900 900W.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371050

Otherwise, Corsair all the way.

The toughpower XT units are pretty good. Theres one in 875w, and its technically a silver rated PSU. Its bronze under normal conditions. It has a horrible colour though.

Since you're in Australia I suspect you're buying from pccasegear, right?
Silverstone Strider Plus 850, excellent unit which also offers the best value.
Antec HCP 850, high end unit, best electronics of all 850W units on the market.

Wow. that strider is NICE. Im considering an 750w for myself, and man, that thing is cheap for an 850. I might grab one of those.
