So wanted to update server.
Server plays many roles.

ftp server
file server
backup server
Media streaming
media converting
DLT backups

So this is what i came up with..

You could get a controller card to expand your SATA connectors.

It came with case...Was thinking of changing it but it seems like a solid unit. also listed at 80% Efficiency at all load levels..

ok update..

I put the server on the side for a while not back to work...

Got a nice SSD (Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F90GBGT-BK 2.5" 90GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Please don't run FTP. At the very least set up SFTP, but pure FTP has no place on a modern server.

Was originally looking at 6 x 2tb drives using on board intel,but did not relize MB only had 4 port intel...so now thinking hardware raid controller or just using 4x 3tb drives but no rush on drives yet as prices are falling faster...
Still plan on running Win7 as i can use it for some workstation items like ripping dvd and blurays

This keyboard is beautiful. Its stylish and very ergonomic. They almost made it perfect if they had of made it with mechanical keys for hardcore gamers. However this was not an over sight for them....
