Yes I know. I have this turned on (actually right now I have both C1E and C3/C6 State Support on because I don't think it's worth turning it off).
But with C1E on and C3/C6 State Support off something seems to not be working. CPU core speed stays at 3.3GHz at all times.

Either way, this is not how this should behave. There is no good reason that any C-state's should have to be turned off so that when the SSD is writing it can do so at it's maximum speeds.
