 pencil at either one of the resistors that measures around 7.8k ohms.. vmod up to about 1.61v is possible with pencil

Hmm. that ISL6534 looks to be a 3x level controller.. could be for vRAM only.. could you please take a pic of the front side of the GPU? ... just to be sure?

most likely not.. 

 

 We need to trace some of the PCI-E fingers to the GPUv controller.. and will need a DMM for this. Your PCB is a different design.. I have not seen mods for this yet.. doesn't mean its not moddable though.
