Depends what games. In highly CPU dependent games the AMD chip will bottleneck a single GPU. Skyrim, Starcraft, DA:O with mods.

For BF3 probably no.

I would like to add to this by saying stay on topic here. The op is asking about single graphics cards bottle necking the system not a sli/crossfire set up. If i were to be so bold as to say most of the cards out now will not bottle neck on the 1100t but the 79** series i am almost certain will have issues. My opinion and nothing more.

My 1100T will not bottleneck my GTX480 in a single GPU enviroment, It will hamper BOTH of my 480's @ stock, and the bottleneck drops away pretty well once I get the CPU Up and over 4ghz with a 3ghz NB
