i was thinking of getting a fan controller before this was mentioned..

If its louder than 2 fans running 42 db then that’s bad. I got a few other pc's for a render farm. Each one has 4 less extreme case fans in a 120mm and 90mm combo and when compaired to the 2 sunons they get drowned out, lol.

But yes a fan controller is wise. But i need to take my own advise and get one for this pc..

Yeah, If sou think regular case fan's are loud..You might not like the big Sunnons...I like the sound of them better than the big Panaflo's but Panaflo are great fan's also..Just put a fan controlller on them if you don't like noise...The only complaint I have with them is they make me sleepy sometimes...

No I'm not kidding I like the sound, after a while I start getting sleepy...How are you doing on your rig?Forgot to tell you the other day at Sidewinder Computers, they have on the left side index a place called "The Listening Room" it's pretty cool they have a list of different fans recorded just click on them to listen, it will give you a good idea of how the different fans sound....

Those Coolermaster Stacker cases look nice around $150.00...I bought a Ulra Aluminus for around $100.00, I just bought because it resembles Cheiftec and Chemming cases but has 120mm fan mounts instead of 80mm, it probably is made by Cheiftec...If you are not going to modify it alot you might not like the looks of them...I think for the money those Coolermasters would be hard to beat, big plenty of room for you WC needs...

Also look for a full ATX case. I have a few PC's in Chenming cases and I love the quality for the price. Only down fall is they are heavy because they are steel. If you don't move it too much it wont be a prob but theres a TONE of room and they have awsome ventalation. Alot of people use them as a starting point for serious case mods.

This is the exact cheming case I used for my pc's

Oh and of corse I gota recomend my gigabyte 3d Aurora case too. quality built. lots of room. very light. Inovative. Cool looking. But costs around $140

Hey,I forgot to ask how much you want to spend on it..Let us know how much and the look your going for and do you want sec. steel or aluminum....Those Chemmings that Digitrevx linked you to are nice, they have a Chemming 602 at the Egg you might want to take a look at to.That Aurora case he has is nice they even have grommets to route the WC tubing through.....Happy Hunting...

well I wouldn't recommend paying more than 160 bucks for a case unless you really want the cream of the crop and show it off at Lan's or something.

you can really go crazy with your money at frozencpu if you want something amazing.
