LED broken on ducky shine

I ordered one of the ducky shines this week and when it got here the LED on the B button doesn't work. It seems like it has a bad solder or something.

I made this thread before you had responded thinking it would warrant a faster response, but yeah you did send me their contact info. He said he was gonna contact you guys about it a day or 2 ago when he emailed back, so just waiting on him I guess.

Did you guys ever get anything from the ducky rep? I emailed him the info he wanted 11 days ago and still haven't heard anything again from either of you.
