Yeah, Lutro0 is the best but I don't think he accepts full powersupplies atm, only extension cables. If you want it done, I'm sure you'll be able to find someone who'll do it (for a price), OCN is a big place biggrin.gif

Actually I don't sleeve for others. You can try Smasher although I'm not sure if he'll want to right now. Otherwise Psychosleeve does a very good job. Corsair has started doing full sets of new cables sleeved already also.

Yeah the biggest problem is the Antec HCP PSU as it is only somewhat modular vs the MaxRevo which is completely modular. I think in the end I am going to end up taking the motherboard trays out and routing the cabling in the mid chamber one machine at a time. There is definitely room for it to be done, it's just a meticulous job to do so.

1/25/12 Update

The Gaming Rig is full operational now. The tri-fire 7970's are working fantastic (they easily blow my 6990 crossfire setup used on the Media Rig away!) and the H80 is doing a wonderful job keeping the 3960X cool at a relatively conservative 4.6Ghz overclock. I am quite pleased with the ASrock Extreme9 mainboard. I would say that it pales in comparison to the RIVE in terms of UEFI options available, but it works just fine for gaming. Overclocking was incredibly easy and memory is running at 2000mhz without a hitch. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the ability to run quadfire. But that's my problem as I knew beforehand I wouldn't be able to..I just initially had no desire for it. I have also decided to do a full loop for CPU as well. I like the H80 a lot, but right now it is completely blocking the A/B Dimm slots, and that is quite annoying to me.

Parts still on the list to make the Gaming Rig complete are the following:

  1. 3x 7970 Waterblocks
  2. Radiator(s) for GPU/CPU
  3. Another Raystorm CPU block
  4. Reservoir(s)
  5. Additional GPU sleeved extensions (I ran out for one of the 7970's)
  6. Various fittings

The Media Rig is still out of commission at the moment until I can get the revised mount from Jim for the Mo.Ra 3 radiator. However, I have mounted the majority of components in the case, so it is close to being complete. I will have pictures of this later tonight.

Can't wait for pictures. Such a sick rig!

Why not swap the boards? That way you could have quad cf in the gaming rig and you could still run the 6990 on the media rig, right?

When's the 3rd build going to be shown to us? tongue.gif

edit: You really should start folding on those rigs, you'd get some sick ppd... biggrin.gif

Not yet but there ought to be a server rig at some point. Hence the "triple rig" part in the title tongue.gif
