Yeah I think he's using a mcp35x2 which is good, but not sure if it's 4 gpu's in series good.

the flow rate will be a little slow through the cards, but it should be fine... thats a lot of head presure to work with... i tend to put a pump right before the componants, and i have never hard trouble with 4-way cards in parallel (though most of the builds i do have some prity good flow to begin with)... i wouldnt worry about it too much, but OP can always check over-all flow of teh system, and then decide as the flow in each card will roughly be total flow/ #of blocks in parallel... it should be prity easy to calculate the cooling potential either way
