New build won't boot!

post #1 of 4
Thread Starter
Here is the spec;

P8Z68-V LX
i5 2500k
G-Skill 8GB Sniper 1.25v DDR3
Corsair CX430
Intel 80gb 320 series ssd
Antec 100

because I don't have a Sata DVD drive I unplugged the old HDD from my old of and put the SSD and windows 7 CD in the old PC, and installed windows 7 to the ssd on that, it boots fine and everything on that, so I unplugged it from my old PC and put the ssd in my new build, it gets to windows loading screen with the logo, nearly does the whole animation of the logo then freezes and reboots, does anyone know how to fix it?

You can do a boot repair, but I suggest a reinstall.

Do a reinstall on the SSD in your system using my install guide:

I have a tut on how to make a bootable usb so you dont need a DVD drive:
