I have an HP Pavilion DV6 6117DX, Specs are found here http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03068253&tmp_task=prodinfoCategory&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=5177781

There is a ViDock demonstration video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xStwHPg-YGs&feature=related

My questions is, can i use a Vidock with my laptop?

Pls help. Will be very VERY grateful and appreciative!

Looks like it's a no. You need an ExpressCard34 or ExpressCard54 slot. Dont see it listed for your system. If you went in strictly for the ViDock.. a business-class laptop like Vostro/Latitude/Thinkpad/Elitebook/Probook etc. will be more likely to have ExpressCard slots within your price range (gaming laptops might.. but at a higher price)

While the Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E520 isn't quite as fast, it does have ExpressCard and you can get it with an i5. AMD's 1.6ghz quad could probably bottleneck several desktop cards.
