FSB:DRAM Ratio Question

Thread Starter
Hey all,

I've just started overclocking my E6300 on a GA DS3 motherboard with a big typhoon cooling it. My question lies within the two following CPU-Z reading.

http://img88.imageshack.us/my.php?image=cpuz2na8.jpg

How can I change the 4:5 ratio reading to an even 1:1 like I see in most readings?

EDIT: I should mention that the FSB is reading at 300MHz right now, resulting in a final speed of 2.10GHz. I also understand how that ratio is being made, because the FSB is running at 300MHz and the RAM frequency is at 375MHz, resulting in a 4 to 5 ratio. Should I manually change the RAM down to 300MHz and raise them increments of 1:1 for best results?
Thanks.

Well, if your CPU is running with a 300fsb, all you have to do is set your RAM to run at DDR2 600 and that should read a 1:1 ratio.

And yes, with a 1:1 ratio is best to overclock an Allendale. So go for it.
