Two Triple Channel sets - Determining which sticks would be best!

I originally had 3x2GB of Mushkin Blacklines with timings of 8-8-8-24@1.6-1.65V.

They were configured as follows

Slot 2: -Empty-
Slot 1: Blackline 1
Slot 4: -Empty-
Slot 3: Blackline 2
Slot 6: -Empty-
Slot 5: Blackline 3

I have now picked up a set of 4x4GB GSkill Ripjaws with timings of 9-9-9-24@1.5V and was wondering how it would be to order them.

I was thinking

Slot 2: Ripjaw 1
Slot 1: Blackline 1
Slot 4: Ripjaw 2
Slot 3: Blackline 2
Slot 6: Ripjaw 3
Slot 5: Blackline 3

but, if that wouldnt preserve triple channels I was thinking

Slot 2: Ripjaw 1
Slot 1: Ripjaw 4
Slot 4: Ripjaw 2
Slot 3: Blackline 1
Slot 6: Ripjaw 3
Slot 5: Blackline 2

For maximum amount of memory.

Any advice?
