creating a bootable cd

i downloaded the program "gparted" and i burned the iso file through nero and i selected the option make a bootable disk. after i restart and boot from teh cd it will load some things and then it expects me to type somthing. am i supossed to burn a bootable cd or just the file and if so what command do i type?

Well the ISO may already have a Bootable file system on it. Try just burning the ISO onto Disk using Alcohol120% and you may have some luck.

If it's a "Live CD" it should boot.

Make sure in the BIOS that you have it set to boot from CD first.

ok.... so now i have downloaded the live-cd version burned it through nero tried just a regular data file burn which didnt work and i also tried burning it by burning a bootable cd which also failed
