Razer Lycosa keyboard - who has it? LED lights keep turning off.

They keep turning off after I reboot or if I leave the computer on along time they just shut off. It's annoying and I have to go into control panel and turn them off then on then hit apply...........

i have the newest updates too...Does anyone else have this problem?
Could be a problem with the touch sensor in the top right hand side, mine stopped working earlier in the year. The Lycosa control panel thingy in windows wouldn't turn them back on, but gently twisting the keyboard on the right hand side turned them back on o_O

If you only just bought it, return it ASAP. It is without a doubt one of THE WORST keyboards on the market. It is plagued with problems. Soon the keys will start sticking (not physically). And you will have to unplug and plug it back in. The media functions have a mind of there own and as you said the lights do to.

Mine always go off when I restart/ turn the comp off and boot up, but my sensors work fine for the past 2 years now and it hasn't been too much of an issue for myself I guess : \

There's a control panel applet thingy for Lycosa? wow, I've owned it for 1.5 year I think and never new one existed.

Check if you have usb power saving features turned on for USB: Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced plan settings > Usb settings.

Thanks for the responses guys.

Looking on my newgg.com invoice, I purchased it December 1, 2011, so 24 days ago.

Oh wow, I totally didn't know you could adjust the lights the via the touch sensor that's cool.

Is there a way to max the volume functions on that touch sensor sync with your computers volume HD audio so you can touch the sensor and adjust volume like when gaming just by hitting your keyboard? because by default it's not doing anything

I got this keyboard and its utter crap...
Sometimes it freezes while im gaming so I suddenly go sideways and have to unplugg it a few times for it 2 stop... Then the media touch screen starts to dick up...
No positives with this keyboard. Oh, and not to mention its pretty solid price

google some issues and ull find that theres a bunch with a serial number starting with something (cant remember, sorry) which are absolutley horrid (used to have one), which i was able to return but only given another lycosa, luckily this one has been rather good, only 1 or 2 minor issues here or there, but still pretty random and shouldnt happen from a keyboard. Dont trust razer anymore, they have good ideas for products but pay sweet fk all to make em and charge a premium for them

I own the razer lycosa mirror and this is my only problem but its annoying as hell to have to manually turn the lights on every 5 boots. Other than that its a kickass keyboard (sick blue lights!). My serial number starts with MT11 by the way. Did you try the usb power settings thing? Did it work? Curious.

i had the lycosa for about 2 weeks before i sent it back. that keyboard was a hot mess. i ended upt with the black widow ultimate instead and havent looked back since.
