Are you using tri-channel or quad-channel to get dem speeds? 8000MB/s is a bit ridiculous.

Nope specs are in my sig using this kit here

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231615

With this SSD here(and well the other drives in my sig also use the cache when i use them)

You can "save link as" from my post above to see the pic more clearly and Primocache and AS SSD in more detail.

So 3x8GB? You linked to a 2x8GB kit and have 24GB listed.

Hmm. Interestingly crazy. Is there a difference between Rapid technology and Primocache? Like both softwares have you donate RAM memory for better speeds and such.

Edit, while looking at task manager, strange how chrome has 5 processes, with the highest about 110,000 and the lowest like 45,000. Tried to end some of the chrome processes, and can't find the problem. Will try a fresh install of chrome later, after I get my Evo.

I have no idea how RAPID works so I cannot help on that. I just know about PRIMO sorry...stumbled upon it on a random overclock.net search night. I would be interested also(to see if the can be used together) devil.gif

*edit* o do you mean the RAPID mode in Samsung Magician? that is just fake software raid that allows you to "raid" multiple Samsung evo/pro together and give no real performance increase in real life.

That would be quad-channel, correct? That only cares about how many modules you have, not how big they are. Obviously it's dual-channel now but before was quad?

Nope it is dual channel on my system no matter if its 2 or 4 dimms. double, triple and quad channel refer to how many times the system can access the ram at the same time basically mine can do dual no matter how many memory sticks. Triple is 3x...and quad is 4 times. So no matter my amount of ram sticks or memory I am stuck at dual.
