This is what I get on crystaldiskmark with my 120gig 850 EVO (Intel Chipset and RST Drivers, though)

WOW!

My 4k scores are almost half of yours, as well as slower sequential reads and writes, and just slower overall in every single test except for - mysteriously - the 512K write test where I'm actually quite a bit in front. I have a Samsung 840 Pro, X99, no RST drivers though, Win 8.1 64...

Anyway i can improve ssd performance?
Just try and keep temp files/page files, documents, on a plain hdd instead on your ssd, and any frequently changing files that you could keep in another location, don't defrag, trim weekly, not daily smile.gif keep it cool. Move away the dust now and again, and just now again check on new drivers/firmware's out for your chipset/controller, and the drive.
