I'd rather pay more and get tier product than save $22 and regret it forever.
Maybe I should wait till next batch hits the market, I mean I've waited all this time... but then again I can wait forever. Also can you recommend any good non SATAAAAAAAA SSD?
Yes 850 PRO is still Samsungs top of the line SATA SSD. No successor has been announced as of yet and it may not come at all. I think all SSD manufacturers are now focusing on M.2 because improving SATA speeds is pretty pointless considering the ~600MB/s limit of SATA 6Gbps interface. 850 PRO gets pretty close to that limit already.
Regarding M.2 - your motherboard (Z77 correct?) lacks M.2 slot and although it is possible to run M.2 card in PCI-E slots then booting from such drive requires BIOS support wich only Z97 and newer motherboards have.
So no need to look beyond SATA for you. There are some other cheaper MLC options like Sandisk Extreme Pro and others but nothing really beats 850 Pro. 850 EVO is the best TLC drive (others that i have seen are utter crap).
When it comes to TLC vs MLC then MLC has more write cycles than TLC although in normal use that should not be a problem unless you write 10GB to the TLC drive every day.
Rather i think you need to look a bit into the future and maybe even take the 250GB EVO tho it's $25 more. My thinking is that while 128GB might be sufficient today that might not be the case in a year or two. Games are continuosly getting bigger and personally i have seen the need to do dualboot between Win7 and Win10. All of that takes quite a lot of space.
