Is there much performance difference between the PRO SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ 512GB SATA III MLC Internal SSD and SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ 500 GB TLC?

12 GB storage, 2,000 IOPS Read, 30,000 IOPS Write, 190 MB/s SSRead for $131 difference. Worth it or not?

I'm noob to SSD to know the difference between MLC and TLC.

To me, performance isn't as much of a concern as longevity. Samsung rates their MLC NAND at 3,000 P/E cycles while their TLC NAND is rated at 1,000 P/E cycles. Granted, the 500GB model would still good for 500TB of NAND writes.
