I thought the 4K scores were supposed to be much higher, I expected more random speed increase! The 4K write went up a little, and the impressive 4K-64Thrd doubled!

I get my 840 Pro Weds. I'm sticking my 830 in my Dad's PC. Based on some numbers the 840 is currently the fastest all around SSD drive it looks like...

While I'm here, how have most of you affixed your SSD in your case? I never fancied the ghetto style of velcro or tape, this is mine in an Akasa AK-HDA-03 adapter. It resides in the second cage up from the bottom of my old CM690 case.

Some real world testing, if you have USB 3.0 it would be very nice to install WIndows 7 of it, there are few guides how to do it, the speed should be amazing on this drives thumb.gif
