Ohh.. another question my mother board supports ACPI 2.0 what is it if anyone knows? i read that it good if it enabled? it will improve my ssd performance?

I ran atto and my reads are around 450-500 mbps but my writes are absolutely pathetic. They cap out at around 35 mbps. Anyone know what would cause this?
