Best RAM for x6 1100T on IV formula

hay guys
im wating the best of the best here , i need atleast 8gb of ram and have about 100 quid . i was going to but the ripjawsx 8gb cl7 at 1600mhz but then i thought about buying the ripjaws Z 16gb cl9 as there about the same price ,so i need a high end set of ram , any ideas ?

Also i have the noctua d14 cpu cooler so the size of the ram heatsinks has ro be taken into account .
