# 1 or #2 have better timings than #3.

Also, there are these for cheaper and will work exactly the same with smaller heat spreaders!:

Btw, if you want to OC them (imo a waste tongue.gif) then look into more expensive kits! Stock is fine tho.

I guess I can rep you again on this thread. smile.gif Is there a difference between them advertising its Overclock capability and not? Or should I just look at the voltage, timings, and freq?

I edited the previous post.

I don't care to overclock my RAM. It is fine stock and sable and I don't really see/feel the"improvement" after they are overclocked past 1600MHz. Now I just by mainstream RAM and I'm good to go lol

Just go by what the spec says and not if it will OC good or not b/c some kits do and don't OC and sometimes you can get a kit that doesn't OC well from usually good sets.

I didn't plan to OC them, but more like I was wondering why they chose to advertise that more as a "higher" model rather than the others. So I was wondering if it had a performance difference.

Maybe, IDK about those RAM modules specifically, just google reviews on them and see what are the best for you. But since you won't OC just get the cheapest you can imo smile.gif

They will all perform the same. They are 1.5v, 1600- CL9. That XMP crap is mostly just for marketing purposes. Get whatever is cheapest that you think looks good. Though another vote here for low profile as the tall ones do more to get in the way of CPU heatsinks than they are worth for cooling.
