5.0 It's a box! Finally Beginning to Look Like a Case!

After an awesome weekend at Daytona, I finally got to work on the case again. I glued up all the panels from last week so that it finally looks like a box. The pics below has one panel out of alignment, but I've fixed it since.

Other than that, its a box! Its finally beginning to look like a case!

I first glued up three sides, while that was drying I had a break then came back to glue the top panel on.

Thanks for all the kind remarks guys! They keep me motivated!

For some reason it looks small but the smaller, the more epic it seems.

It's far from small. Two normal size towers can fit in it. What would be a good comparison to show the size? 480 radiators, ATX mother board, tape measure? Theres still another 10" to be added to it.

An ATX mobo and radiators would do nicely for size, and if you have the money, an M8. tongue.gif But the stuff near it makes it look a bit small...but that's probably because I haven't seen a regular sized mid tower or full tower in real life. sad-smiley-002.gif

Is there going to be a structural frame under the CF? Looks great. I'm surprised the water jetting didn't destroy those panels. We've tried cutting carbon fiber panels at the shop I work in and they got shredded, granted they were wafer thin and would get crack if you handled them roughly.

But looking great keep up the work.

A bit off topic, but where did you get your sheets of glass? I'm looking into buying a couple big sheets. I'm tired of my ply wood desk.
