i am having problems with my w550i, to american users its the w600i [different model in europe for some reason] anyway, a friend of mine sent me a .3gp movie from denmark, i retreived it from:

entered the numbers needed and so on and clicked download, then bluetoothed the .3gp video to my mobile, on the 83rd KB of the file [93kb file] it crashed my phone, so i tried turning it off, no response, i then took out the battery and started phone up, tried to send again didnt work.
so ok it aint working i will go delete it from the folder, i click the video folder and it crashes my computer.
anyone help?
