The H100 doesn't seem to fit in my case (Lancool K-62 Mid-Tower) so that leaves me 3 choices based on my current budget.

I can tolerate noise.

I'm using 2600k at stock speed, I rarely do overclock because of the risk.

+rep for people that can help me.

Thanks a lot.

I have been looking into the h100 and that's only because I don't like how thick the h80 is (it's like a block). I think you would be perfectly fine with an h60 which is what I would get if I can't get the h100. Especially since you're not overclocking the h60 is more than enough IMO.

I do overclock sometimes if I want to increase my frame rates in some games that I can't run smoothly.

Its decided.

I'll get XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 for my 2600K.

I'm so excited.

Honestly, I have to say if you only rarely overclock, it's probably not worth the money for any of those coolers. For only occasionally overclocking, something like the Hyper 212 EVO would handle stock speeds and medium overclocks without major temperature issues. I mean, OCN is all about overkill, but a 2x120 cpu loop for a stock 2600k seems excessive even to me. If you're set on liquid cooling, one of the entry-level Corsair units would be my choice for a mostly-stock 2600k...

I have my custom LCS in my system, I never expected to have this, the guy who sold me the set gave me a nice friendly price so I grabbed it.

I'm using XSPC Acetal with Dual 120 Radiator and 12v Pumpres.

I'm getting very low temps now, I love this setup.
