Graphics Card Compatability/ Processor Question?

Thread Starter
I recently got an Hp - p2-1033w. It runs fine but I want to get a new graphics card for gaming purposes. I have a Pegatron 2ad3 motherboard and I want an Nvidia GeForce Gts 450. I'm not sure if they are compatible so if someone could please tell me if they are or not I would reeeealy appreciate it. And another thing is, most games have a minimum processor requirment of 3.0ghz. Now my processor only has 1.30Ghz. But the thing is, the games I have seem to run ok and my computer runs at a good speed. So should I consider changing the processor. What I mean is, if I got a new graphics card, would I also have to change the processor so I can play games?

ps- In case you need to know. My current graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 6310.g.gif
