new mouse: Thermaltake Tt eSPORTS Theron Mouse - Page 2

I hadn't tried this one but the Black Element (also from TTesports, almost same shape) tracked pretty well on cloth, I couldn't get used to the shape tho.
I think the Saphira is the best TTesports mouse now, primarily because of the shape.
I wouldn't compare these to Razer despite the looks, the rubberized cover on the TTesports is different, softer and less sticky, the wheel doesn't feel cheap as newer razer mice.
Something to notice about TTesports mice is the glide, the feet and overall "bottom design" is just amazing, makes Razer and Logitech mice feel like they had sandpaper feet.

Prediction (aka Angle Snapping, Drift Control, Correction) helps you to draw straight lines: the mouse tracking corrects (removes) the minor deviations from your line, making it as straight as possible, up to certain threshold, which varies from mouse to mouse (some mouse has more prediction than others). Ideally, a mouse should have the option to turn off the prediction, but there are plenty of mice with inherent prediction that can't be turned off.

"nice movement" isn't enough today, if there is any sort of hardware/software prediction it will negatively affect to your gaming.

And can you upload pic where you have drawn circles and lines in paint and included your current dpi and hz settings?

I have not seen anything where my mouse adversely effects the movement I tell it to do. I work in Photoshop and also do all kinds of gaming and with no issues.

Here the pic you requested:

I also ordered this mouse.

The previous version was called TT esports Black gaming mouse and was great. THis should be even better.

So far the Theron mouse gets nothing but excellent reviews.

Got the Theron this morning and after using it for about a half hour, I may be in love. The shape is perfect for how I like to hold the mouse (hybrid claw/fingertip) and the buttons are all in the right spot. Tracking is very good on my Razer Kabuta cloth mat and on my Steelseries 4HD...I may have found my perfect mouse here. We'll see after I get into some gaming here shortly.

It's basically between this and my Sensei...not sure which one I like the best. The Theron is more comfortable I think...now it's all about the performance testing.
