You could possibly run the 6970s with a 600W or even a 500W PSU, but I would go for a 700-800W PSU. I'd rather have one of those than a lower wattage one running at full load all the time.

I just google 6790 and apparently there really is one......I thought there was a type and he meant 6970!

Anyway... tongue.gif .....550-600w quality brand & model will suit you just fine.

have not got a clue if your budget would cover either of these in your country but have a look around for the PSUs I have listed below, they should cover your needs. (they were not on the website you linked to)

I'm thinking about this one "THERMALTAKE W0330RU" 70$...


That PSU is running 18A on each 12v rail, presuming one rail runs the mobo and CPU that will leave you with 18A for two GPUs, I think your going to need a little more than that.

(although I don't 100% know what I am talking about when it comes to PSUs redface.gif )

I'm reading some Brazilian forums (I kind of understand Portuguese) and apparently Dr. Hank is a nice brand for them, the say they have tested with SLI of differents graphics cards...
