Trouble Overclocking FX-8150 on Crosshair V?

(New to overclocking)
I'm having issues getting my CPU past even 3.9 ghz on my Crosshair V. Honestly, I don't really know what I'm doing with the CPU Northbridge frequency and the HT link. I have 16 gb of RAM which might be affecting my OC but still. I would like to at least be able to get past 4 ghz...
I've raised the voltages past 1.4. What should I put the CPU Northbridge frequency at and HT Link for an overclock around 4.5ghz? Also should I raise the voltages of the CPU NB or HT Link?
Thanks.

Don't touch the NB or HT as of yet. Turn off turbo boost/core, C1E, and cool n quiet.

So i booted at 4.4ghz without touching anything except the multiplier and the voltage. I bumped the voltage up to 1.44 just to be sure it has enough. I run prime95 and it just freezes and never bsods. I have to hit the reset button. What is causing this? I put my RAM down to DDR3-800. Should I change timings?

I think I have figured out the problem. I volted it up to 1.45 volts with stock speeds and still froze. I'm thinking its my PSU...
