I was actually looking at the apex kit also, but I couldnt stomach the 50 dollar premium at this time. That being said, with the temps im seeing currently i think i made the right decision!

Load temps have gone down to 35/36, the AS5 is settling in.

Glad to hear that, it takes a while to cure doesn't it, you'll probably drop some more over the next week or so...Don't know how true it is, but I've heard that you need to turn your box on and off a few times over the first week to help it cure well...

hole crap your lucky! my ambient may hit 29.5C on a cool day. The room my pc's sit in only has one AC vent but the heat off the pc's overpower it. Normally my ambient is 30.5C but when they are all on and running hard it hits 31-32C. Even with 2 column fans I can't stand the temps too long on bad days!

I was starting to think my WC loop sucks till I saw "your" ambient.

Not to mention your CPU is single core.
