Star Wars:TOR and SLI Nvidia

Is this game even sLi enabled?? I'm getting 40-50 fps and it dips to 30fps even on some heavily populated areas and I had to Superclocked EVGA GTX570's in SLI.

I can close to 100FPS on ULTRA in Battlefield 3 1920x1080 everything ultra/high with 16xAA.

there is no way this game comes close to those graphics, besides the heavily populated servers.

So what the heck am I missing here? I'm getting a new SSD soon and this game I put on my mechanical harddrive - could that be it?

I just put the shadows to low to maybe increase the choppy FPS a bit.

Dunno how this game eats my GFX, it's like its only reading 1 card or something, besides the game isn't even graphical.

No idea, we have very similar spec systems, and I get very good FPS with zero chop. The only thing that causes FPS dip for me is high-pop areas, but thats because the game is CPU bound like crazy.

All I can suggest is to turn off AA if you have it on.

Haha, we have the same system basically.

Yeah, i get 100FPS in non-player areas.

But after leaving the homeworld, in the Vaiken space shuttle main level where there is a CRAPLOAD of players, it can DIP as low as 25 FPS which is disgusting.

Is that what it is? The game is very reliant on CPU? Maybe I should overclock my CPU more then? I mean, the i7 2600k is mid/high end, so what more does this game want??? an i7 extreme or something???

I have everything on High, I guess I'll bring down some settings. I still find it odd I get a more stable FPS in BF3 which looks 1 million times more realistic when to be honest, this game looks like DX 9 graphics and WoW.

Still a kick ass game though.

Thanks for your response.
