To manually set your RAM speed in bios:

- goto jumperfree configuration and select manual
- change your fsb to whatever cpu overclock desired (remember to adjust vcore appropriately)
- then set DRAM frequency to RAM speed desired (may also have to increase memory voltage)
- refer to manual pages 4-18 thru 4-20

To manually set RAM timings in bios:
- goto chipset
- disable option for "configure DRAM timing by SPD"
- set timings accordingly
- refer to manual pages 4-26 thru 4-27
NOTE: your RAM timings should be advertised/specified in a manner like 4-4-4-12. If you assign variables x-y-z-n, then:
x = CAS# latency (Tcl)
y = RAS# to CAS# delay (Trcd)
z = Row precharge time (Trp)
n = Min RAS# activate time (Tras)

Finally, regarding your mobo temp issue... The mobo temp sensor on P5WDH's is near the southbridge (that cube of copper near your SATA ports). Most people on these boards have had success cooling it by removing the copper shield and/or reseating the chipset with AS5. Or, simply have a fan blow on it. I did the latter (i'm too lazy to add AS5) and my temps dropped about 10 celsius.

For a good list of quirks and fixes with this board, check out this link:

Good luck!
