Make sure you OC around 4.5 max since your pretty new to the whole thing. The video even mentions that he's using pretty high voltages so be careful.

I think a lot of people keep it at the 1.35v range, but I do have some buddies that run it at 1.4v and they've never had any issues with it.

Remember the Tjmax of this chip is (estimated) 100*C. As for the Tcase, it's listed as 72.6*C, then the core temp's are going to be ~5-10C higher (77-82*C), so long as you stay at a Distance (from Tcase) to Tj Max. of only ~10C your good (but cutting it too close in my book).
