a 45? or is that still a bit silly?

only if you really have to.

White LEDs are by far the best. Most others tend to look tacky unless you do some kind of build from scratch and incorporate them really nicely. Even then, white LEDs are what I'd choose. tongue.gif

I totally agree Ellis, white is a much richer and appealing imo.

I really need to work out what im doing tongue.gif, i was thinking about buying a 240 adding it to the loop. Then just adding the 580 in at a later day. Now ive brought the waterblock ready for when i buy it and im just going to add the 580 to the 360 rad loop.

Im hoping my amazing ambient temps will come into play if i need them, kept my 460 cool for sure while it was idle.

Bit off topic, just waiting for Specialtech to get some 45 degree EK PSC rotaries in stock, contacted them they said they have some in start of next week, so im going to order the backplate for the 580 more tubing and fittings. The EK block will be arriving in the morning biggrin.gif

Anyway i build all my old parts into another build for a friend tomorrow, saying goodbye to my UD3P, Q8400 and Corsair dominator. They just keep chugging on!

For some reason I always lol when I see some of those old rainbow-colored mobos... biggrin.gif And the older closed-loop coolers are cool too with their big pumps tongue.gif

Gigabyte really didn't think the colour scheme through properly. They made the best 775 overclocking board in the world and they made it blue, red, yellow, green, purple, orange and white tongue.gif

Yeah, the H50 just generally makes me lol too tongue.gif

EDIT: Been using that RAM since 2009, best ram i ever brought! Didn't hold me back on any overclocks either back in the day.

I used to like the colour scheme of those boards, but looking at it now, they literally just got an entire paint palette and threw it on a motherboard. tongue.gif
