The Vagas fans are really nice. I tested a bunch of fans before I bought them (I work in a PC shop, so I have the possibility to test all my stuff in advance).
The LEDs are very bright, even if you run them at 5V, the airflow is really good compared to the noise. I'm really noise-sensitive and I'd say they are nearly unhearable at low RPM.
Compared to the Enermax Cluster, the LEDs are brighter and the noise-level is lower.

And another good thing is, they are PWM-controlled.

It's not Nokia, it's Siemens and ye, it's old. But it's just the phone at work, so I don't care tongue.gif

And about the dust problem. I don't care about dust. The problem is, that every dust-preventiving stuff swirls the air, what ends in more noise and I hate noise smile.gif
Cleaning the fans and the rad more often is no problem when my case is silent. It's all about silence.
