Air movement is great in this case. It's very open, has massive fans. The board stays at around 28-30ºC full time depending on room temperature.
Timing is default 9-9-9-24 for the Corsair XMS3 1333 - haven't changed it - I have looked damn near everywhere for help OC'ing the RAM or at least making it stable and able to bring my CPU OC up higher, but there is nothing out there that helps, all I read is "CRANK UP THE VOLTAGE, CHANGE NUMBERS".. but when it comes to OC'ing memory, it is extremely foreign to me, I have no idea what I am doing so I really leave all that as close to default as posssible.
