in other words it doesn't matter. get over it most of everyone has beat the game and moved on anyways
post #593 of 889
It really is strange ... I loaded this up in my 2nd rig (2x 570's Sli enabled) and it never crashed once in the 3 hours I played! I will tell you though the graphics are night and day in comparison. There are a lot more options to change in the graphics settings with my Titan rig. The other big difference is one monitor on my 570 rig. I will change my Titan rig to one monitor sometime next week and see if that changes things. At least I can play the game now! biggrin.gif

Its funny how many people complain about a relatively minor thing. I mean it will be patched give it time and stop complaining. I literally laughed out loud at this guy asking you to post proof.

Just for the hell of it I installed the game on my low-spec laptop to see how it would run, and it actually did so shockingly well, fewer lag spikes than Borderlands 2. eek.gif

Finally got around to finishing it just a few minutes ago.

Incredible art direction, ambiance, and music. The world felt "lived in", and the attention to detail was amazing. You could plow through the game for the sake of it, or you could take your time and completely immerse yourself but looking at everything and listening to every voxophone. I, for one, really enjoyed the ending and it was satisfying for me. IT's one of those ending you can thinking about long after the game is over...

My only minor gripes were:

- After about the halfway point the combat became a little repetitive

- I really liked the motorized patriots and handymen...why couldn't they have designed a couple more bad-ass enemies?

- The final fight was a bit of a letdown - fighting someone\something new would have been better than just fighting a bunch of the same old enemies

Again, minor gripes but I still give this a solid 9! As far as I am concerned this game lived up to the hype. thumb.gif

That is correct.

You have zero basis. Zero. You say fairly and kinda.

I too experienced zero lag. As I stated previously my system is no where near what people are running on OCN. Processing is 4 years old, GPU over a year all factory clocks.

Damn right it doesn't matter. There's always a sour apple in the bunch.

OMG yeah me. I wasn't sure if this was scripted and supposed to happen or he had just snuck up on me some how. First time I've actually shouted out loud in shock while playing a game lol.

I finished the game on hard difficulty. I didn't find the stuttering too bad on my system and it never happened during awkward moments like combat. Apparently its just the way the unreal engine works
while loading stuff, Batman Arkham City had the same problem too that never got fixed. Personally I probably would of preferd them to use more loading screens instead of having the stuttering.

I thoroughly enjoyed the game and the ending was mind blowing!

Does anybody know how the DLC is going to work? Is it going to extend the single player campaign or is it just added silly trivial things like gun camos and outfits etc? I thought certian characters were a little under developed and it would be great if the DLC delved deeper in to the story.

You keep on laughing and fail to show the proofs. Pat yourselves on the shoulder and keep telling yourselves that you didn't experience any of the "map loading stutters".

On a more serious note though, do you at least acknowledge this problem or you just blatantly think "HAHA N00BS HAVING UNSTABLE CONFIGURATION LAG"?
