2 x 5.25" intake fan(s)

Thread Starter
My Antec 902 case has 2 free 5.25" bays so I was thinking to add some more intake fan(s).
Not sure what would push more air 1 x 80mm or 2 x 60mm? While at the same time being as quiet as the other two 120mm intake fans on the front.

I suppose since the case is not in dire need of extra cooling the cfm shouldn't matter as much as the db rating, since any extra intake is better than no extra smile.gif

One thing I cannot find is a mount for either 60 or 80mm fans to a 2x 5.25" enclosure. 120mm ones are abundant.
Anyone else tried something similar and maybe came across those mounts?

Why do you need more fans? You could add a blu ray for movies, or some fan controllers. The fans won't really help TBH.

Well the top 3 5.25" bays are exactly in the way of the 120mm cpu fan, so pushing more air that way can't hurt
No need for a fan controller since all case fans have speed switches/knobs on them.

sigh... epic fail:(

this is why you see those "low riders" that are jacked up 2 feet off the ground with wheels spinning when the cars is stopped:( nothing to do with performance all about how ugly they can make their property look.... $800 car with $3000 rims...

here, i found the perfect case for you
