Well after about 4 hours of the pc running it wont open any programs like i mean after running F@H for 4 hours then close it and try to open a file the file opens then instantly closes even IE7.

is there any thoughs of this.
I highly doubt its a cooling issue ive got enough cooling.

Now its running programs again its like only for 5 minutes it will do it at a time.

I passed memtest for 2 hours. then quit.

So, after boot it runs fine for several hours, and then starts acting up?

You can never be sure if it's a cooling issue. Check those temps. When was the last time you popped open the case? Maybe dusty. Also, when you're at it, check voltages... maybe that Ultra connect is doing what so many of them do (i.e. overvolting your rig)
