Hmm the memory support list from gigabyte doesn't have it on there and the g.skill website doesn't have your motherboard listed as supported, so I'm not sure tbh. It should work, but there's a chance it wont. Your call on this. Memory Support list is here

Most RAM is universal. The only reason I would stick to the Memory support list of your Manufacturer, is if your doing alot of overclocking with CPU and RAM. Most of the time the reason that Memory Compatibility Lists are so short, is theres just SO MUCH ram out there, that each company isnt going to test every type of ram in their boards.


That G.Skill ram should have no issues in your board. Ive never bought ram that was on my Motherboard support list, and I've never had a problem. Just picked up some G. Skill DDR3 1600 CAS 9 8GB kit for my Asus Crosshair IV and have no issues.
