Slightly Damaged Motherboard

Hi everyone,
im looking at buying a P67 UD5 second hand but its a little damaged and was wondering if it would effect the board at all. The previous owner says it works fine but id rather get a second opinion.

As you can see its got a slight bend and a little chip on the corner. Does this effect the board at all?

If it works fine and the price is right then I see no problem with it. You could always heat gun it and try to get the warp out. My only problem would be that the I/O plate won't line up.

I think for that much of a discount, it's worth the risk. No other signs of damage on the board anywhere? No scorch marks, or stains where some type of liquid made the damage? I'd go for it if none of those exist.

EDIT: Also make sure everything looks super right at the area of bendage. Perhaps a connection or two may have been borked and some of those connections are bad. Just give it a thorough look over, and then go with your gut.

I'd say its worth it for that price. Also when you set the mobo in the case you may find that the bend in the mobo may level its self out

Did he say how the damage happened? If it was dropped off a table, there could be a cap or something loose. But other than that it looks Ok on the pics and for half the price it's not that bad of a deal.
