but yeah , the cosmos have looks , not A+ performance , but ill say , B- or B ... the Caselab , Looks F- , performance A+

It was a horrible analogy, really. If you think a Mini Cooper with the Union Jack on top is a panty dropper, you should be able to use your senior citizen discount on some coffee when you're done.

I just watched Linus' unboxing review, and it make the case look far more functional than previously thought. It's still ugly, though. redface.gif

This page shows the air cooling performance compared to some other cases, i was looking at the Elysium due to it's size and cooling, but this sold it. It's actually better. When the C2 goes in stock at amazon or newegg, I'm orderin'

You're better off taking function over form, I guess is the point, since your opinion of form may change over time and you might find a once-awesome design to be ugly. CM made a good effort with the Cosmos II to combine form and function but unlike the HAF series and the ATCS, I think it fell flat this time.
Edit; site is up. http://www.coolermaster.com/microsite/cosmos_ii/

This.

When I was younger I liked all the 'gamer' looking cases, but now as I'm 22, I prefer function over looks. Not saying case labs look bad or anything, I love the way they look, but compared to stuff like the cosmos here, they really are just 'cubes'. But yeah, I personally like the way the case labs/800d/ld cooling cases look with just being 'cubes' imo it makes it easier to incorporate them into your desk or throw them in a corner that isn't being used, etc. SO even the looks of being a 'cube' is functional ;D

Looks pretty nice but I like Fractals better. Really functional though.

I'm in the same situation, 22 years old, and I really like the clean appearances now. My current case is a Lian Li and while I wish it had a few more bells and whistles it overall suits me. I used to have a Cosmos S and the main reason I downsized is that it was GINORMOUS and caught a lot of dust. It was heavy and didn't have enough intake fans. I like the new Cosmos II and the fact that they are trying to revive the line but it's not for me anymore.

Woah I don't think I'd pay that for this case- Also I think they could have done something better with the front USB ports and audio connectors. Looks a bit out of place?
