Hey guys, curious what your #1 ps3 game for 2011 was. For me it wasn't an easy choice but I gotta go with Dark Souls, I find the lore and world incredible in its dreamlike quality, and I love the ultratight combat, intricate level design and brilliantly innovative multiplayer. I only played skyrim and portal 2 on pc, but those are very close runner ups.

Definitively Dark Souls, anyone who has a proper gaming PC should buy Skyrim and Portal 2 on PC in the first place.

Uncharted 3: the cutscenes are brilliant, the game looks stunning (a castle burning up in real time, I actually died during that level because I was too busy admiring the burning

This was a bit of a poor year for exclusives, the pickins are slim. Every game that comes to mind that I enjoyed this year was multi-platform.
My vote was for Darksouls though.

I just finished this last night! Great game, and the visuals are great, quite a feat.

It just didn't get me like Uncharted 2 did though, I think I liked the characters and plot twists in number 2 better. The sinking ship in 3 was pretty amazing.
