HD 6950 2GB + i7 2600K will get you into the ultra territory with comfortable fps in single player. in multiplayer you will definitely want to disable deferred antialiasing and maybe drop a few settings down to high.
with 2GB of ram you should be able to keep textures at ultra always thumb.gif
also be sure to disable Hyper Threading when playing games.

How do I do it?

Hyper Threading is good when you do rendering and such, but not good for gaming.
it can be turn off in the BIOS for CPU features.

According to the label... it is actually valued correctly. It can do 720w on the 12v so a marking of 750w is valid.

However, who uses a double fan design anymore... and why?
Once again...
