Ram : Kingston HyperX DDR2 2x2GB 1066Mhz

If you stay LGA775, then try to get your hands on a quad ( q6600 or q94something ).
More and more games start to benefit from multipile cores.

E2160 -> E8400/E8600 is more of a side-grade. Yes, the E8x00 will clock higher, but they're both dual core.

To see a significant performance increase, at least get a quad core. For about the same price, you could get a q6600 and for ~$40 more you could get a q9450/q9550.

N/A means its not tested with that board.

Better get a new board and newer CPU.
DDR3 ram is also cheaper than DDR2.

+ you have upgrade path if you want even better hardware in the future.
