The asus mobo is no longer available as far as I know, and has been sat in my room for ages since I upgraded to Sandy Bridge, had no problems with it whatsoever and comes with box and manuals.

The memory comes with original packaging and is a pretty decent kit with the CL7 timings. Again this was used with my 1366 setup, but I bought a dual channel kit to use with my sandy build.

If there any way would could work this out please Pm me if not I understand fully

This would be a direct drop in and I would not have to lose and data or my OS as I found out later OEM OS don't let u replace the your board
