i would suggest coolermaster r4 for case fans and blademaster for heat sink fans

Silverstone, Noctua, and Scythe make really good fans, I'd say take a pick out of damn near any of their fans and you should be plenty happy with them

If being white is important to you, i would suggest those along with a cheap fan controller
If not, there are plenty of good fans of all colors i can recommend

I like Scythe as a fan manufacturer in general. Good selection of various purpose fans and good quality imo.

I just got the Noctua NF-P12 to install in my new case that is still to come. It didnt come with the 4pin-molex adapter so im goina have to pick one up thats my only complaint.
