You will be limited by the board. Since it's a VIA chipset. Shoot for the moon though, not much else you can do. You won't be able to up the Vcore at all, that will be the main restriction.

This board has no PCI lock and will limit your overclock since the more fragile PCI bus will concurrently raise with the FSB. Once your PCI bus raises past ~37MHz you will begin to experience stability issues.

You could well experience this issues prior to the 37MHz raise as well.

Your multiplier is 14, FSB is 200MHz and PCI bus is 33MHz when all is at stock spec.

The overclock ratio is 200:33 as X:37 which gives you a raise of approximately 225MHz FSB. 225 X 14 = ~3.1Ghz. I would not attempt going farther than this.
