I have Everest, MoboMonitor, AND Software that came with my mobo called PC PROBE II.

They all give different temps, in a 5 degree C range. Any idea which may be more reliable?

Basic fact I've learned in building my own PC's is pretty much ALL temp readings are always off. Depending on where the diodes are set, ambient temps and different software being used temp's are all over the place with ppl with the same exact setups. I use speedfan for m2n32sli dlx, seems to do the job.

I use speedfan on my moms amdxp rig (2800) to monitor the temps and it seems to do a fine job. I think I would give speedfan a shot.
